The agreement
These terms form an agreement between you and Traclin Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore, for your use of LaunchPilot. By creating an account you accept them. If you are using LaunchPilot on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that company.
What LaunchPilot does
LaunchPilot is an AI assistant that prepares marketing work: it searches for contacts through tools you connect, drafts emails and content, and suggests experiments. It does not act on its own. Nothing is sent, published, or spent without your explicit approval, and everything is delivered through accounts you own and have connected yourself.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and verify your email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.
What you are responsible for
Because LaunchPilot acts only on your approval and through your own accounts, you remain responsible for what goes out. In particular:
- You are the sender of record for every email approved and sent through the service.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content you approve.
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people you reach.
- You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party service you connect.
Outreach and anti-spam
Rules on unsolicited commercial email differ by country and can be strict. You agree to comply with those that apply to you and to your recipients, including any requirement to identify yourself, to have a lawful basis for contact, and to honour opt-out requests promptly.
You must not use LaunchPilot to send unsolicited bulk email, to contact people who have asked you not to, or to send deceptive, misleading, or harassing messages.
Third-party tools and your own keys
LaunchPilot can work with third-party services such as lead databases and email providers. You connect them using your own account and your own API key. That means:
- Your use of each tool is governed by that tool's own terms, not ours.
- You are responsible for any credits, costs, or limits on your account with that tool.
- We are not responsible if a third-party service changes, restricts, or discontinues its API.
We name third-party services descriptively. Naming a service does not imply partnership with or endorsement by that service.
AI-generated content
Drafts, suggestions, and scores produced by LaunchPilot are generated by AI models. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable, and they may occasionally state things that are simply wrong. You are expected to review everything before approving it — that is what the approval step is for.
We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, original, or fit for any particular purpose. Any decision you take on the basis of that output is yours.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
LaunchPilot offers a free plan with limited usage and paid plans billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe and exclude any taxes that may apply to you.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, payments already made are not refundable.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to your next renewal.
Acceptable use
You must not use LaunchPilot to:
- Break the law, or infringe anyone's rights.
- Impersonate another person or organisation.
- Send spam, malware, or deceptive content.
- Circumvent usage limits, or share one account across multiple businesses.
- Attempt to access other users' data, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
- Resell the service or present it as your own without a written agreement with us.
We may suspend an account that breaches these rules, and will tell you why where we can.
Intellectual property
We own the LaunchPilot software, brand, and interface. You own the content you enter and, as between you and us, the content the service produces for you: you are free to use, edit, and publish it.
You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to operate the service for you.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep LaunchPilot available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and we may add, change, or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces a feature you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.
The service depends on third parties, including AI providers, email providers, and lead tools. Interruptions or changes at those providers may affect what LaunchPilot can do.
Warranties and liability
LaunchPilot is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost opportunities, damage to reputation, or the consequences of messages you approved. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Termination
You can stop using LaunchPilot and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or if required by law. On termination your access ends and your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also have the benefit of mandatory protections and the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@uselaunchpilot.com or through the contact page.
